Of course, the facts are more along the lines of this:
My BMI is at the top end of normal. This is OK, but it could be better.
My aerobic health is zilch. Zip. Nada. Nil.
My balance and strength is similarly crap. According to Wii Fit, my "Wii Age" is 61.
I managed (barely) to get through the basic easy jogging track without keeling over until it was done.
And tomorrow, I'm going to try again. And the day after that, and the day after that.
